Priced at Rs.66,12,500 the germen carmaker is surely attempting to strengthen its foothold in the luxury SUV market with the launch of the limited edition Q7.Audi India shares his excitement, “The product truly signifies our DNA of Vorsprung durch Technik and the new Q7 boasts of the most powerful diesel engine in its segment.”Moreover, the new Q7 is capable of reaching 0-100 km/h in 6.4 seconds with a top speed of 240 km and still giving the user an impeccable mileage of around 9.9 litres for per 100 kilometres.The new Q7 will be joining the product range of Audi that today offers Audi A4, the Audi A6, the Audi A8, the Audi Q5, the Audi Q7, the Audi TT and the super sports car Audi R8 in the Indian market. Buses with doors on both the sides
Posted by | Under Bus Monday Apr 19, 2010Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) had issued a tender for purchasing buses with doors on both sides but Chairman of the civic standing committee, Arvind Shinde announces a one day dead line to PMPML to withdraw its tender. The PMC standing committee had decided that PMPML should withdraw its tender for the purchase of 500 buses with doors on both sides. If this public transport company fails to withdraw its tender by Wednesday then the Congress, Shiv Sena and BJP collectively passed a resolution that the civic body will purchase these buses and pass it on to PMPML.Purchasing buses with doors on both sides reduces the sitting capacity and increase the expenses.
Regular buses are buses with doors on the left side, purchasing buses with right hand side door also reduces the sitting capacity by 10 seats. So they recommended for purchasing buses with left side door.
